Catalog description

Practical course covering the annotation of genomic fragments in different eukaryotic species, using the genome of an evolutionary closely related species as a reference sequence. Includes the detailed study of the structure of diverse genetic elements, molecular evolution processes, and the use of applications and computer programs useful for studies in genomics. A final report is required.
