BUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEURIAL EDUCATIONAL TRAVEL

Catalog description

11.25 hours of lecture per week (9 hours befor the educational travel and 36 hours during the educational travel). Introduction to international business and entrepreneurial experiences, including goals and concepts developed by the United Nations related to economic development and sustainable enterprises. They will examine the balance between the needs of enterprises and the interests of workers as a whole with society. Students will investigate the development and creation of enterprises, in addition to sustainable companies and how they promote the economic development through social dialogue, decent work in balance with the environment. The course includes an educational travel experience outside of Puerto Rico.
