Fifteen hours of conference and a minimum of eighteen hours of visits to enterprises in Puerto Rico and a trip of at least twelve days to the selected countries. Comparative analysis of administrative and industrial practices among different enterprises in Puerto Rico and the other countries. Managerial functions, processes, and organizational structures of enterprises will be highlighted. Includes conferences; and plant tours of enterprises.
