Catalog description

This course includes the study of the concepts of individual and group behavior within an organization; topics includes motivation, psychological and material incentives, participation status and communication; also includes an analysis of the influence of behavioral sciences on personnel programs, and the formal and informal organization and training in human relations as well as the development of the skills required to understand, predict and influence the behavior of individuals in the organization.
