Pre -requisites: PSIC 3003, PSIC 3116, PSIC 3057, PSIC 3345. The student will apply in his practice the knowledge and skills learned in the specialization courses; will participate in industrial organizational psychology activities in the areas of recruitment, selection, evaluation, training, motivation, team work, conflict management, decisi on-making, problem solving and research. PSIC 4212: INTERNSHIP IN INDUSTRIAL ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY SEMINAR II, three (3) contact hours per week and 120 hours of practice in the workplace. The student will apply in his practice the knowledge and skills learned in the specialization courses; will participate in industrial organizational psychology activi ties in the areas of recruitment, selection, evaluation, training, motivation, team work, conflict management, decision-making, problem solving and research.
