Catalog description

/three (3) weekly contact hours. Pre -requisites: PSIC 4025, PSIC 4026, PSIC 3116. This course analyzes topics related to neuroscience and organizational behav ior processes. The relationship between the functions of the brain, leadership, change, performance processes, teamwork, managing emotions, problem solving, and decision making will be studied. In addition, communication processes and their relationship with the brain will be analysed. Finally, the need to understand the functioning of the Central Nervous System and its applications to organizational processes will be discussed.
