Teaching the rules for classifying and encoding systems and electronic manuals. Study the organization and procedures to file depending on the systems: alphabetic, num eric, geographical and by subject. Training methods and techniques for handling and document control, charge system, transfer, disposal of documents and data processing. Introduction to the different laws governing the control and disposal of documents. T his course can be taught in both traditional and distance learning educational modalities.
