Pre -requisite: GTEC 3406 . Study and analysis of emerging information technologies. Emphasis on comparison and evaluation techniques for the proper selection of office equipment, software, and furnishings. Discussion of the basic components in the preparation of a proposal for the purchase and evaluation of office equipment, programs and furniture based on human and ergonomic factors. This course can be taught in both traditional and distance learning educational modalities.
