Teaching strategies and projection methods to effectively communicate with customers and provide better customer service. Includes the study of the planning and organization of the message, the importance of proper oral and body language as well as techniques to control nervousness. Discussion and application of the rules on the selection and preparation of various visual media as a tool to guide public speaking. This course can be taught in bo th traditional and distance learning educational modalities.
