Education, discussion and application of the terminology of legal nature and ethical aspects of information processing in offices of legal matters. Analysis of procedures for preparing and processing documents are f iled in courts, administrative agencies, Land Registry, among others. Emphasis on the responsibilities and duties of the administrative staff at the law office, and the processing of the various reports submitted in fulfillment of the duties of the notary. Knowledge of the regulations governing the preparation of legal documents. Knowledge of the different offices that regulate the legal practice and its impact on the office. This course can be taught in both traditional and distance learning educational modalities.
