Development of a quality assurance program in gastroenterological work areas. Study of the research process, its components and development. Basic statistics application. Discussion of ethical and legal controversies as well as the HIPPA Act. Development of counseling skills to be applied with patients of gastric diseases and their family members. Discussion and analysis of national agency standards that certify the gastroenterological practice.
