Course designed to deepen the corporate financial management topics. We discuss and analyze the concepts, techniques and tools used by financial managers for efficient decision making in terms of investment and financing. Will pay special attention to the following topics: financial planning, capital budgeting, capital structure, leases, and dividend policy.
