Study of the function of assignation, distribution and stabilization of the public income in the modern state, and its effects in private enterprise: analysis of the public budget policies from the point of view of the revenues and expenditures; taxing theories, public expenditures, incid ence and effect of budgetary measures; public debt and its effects in the decision-making process of the private enterprise.
