three (3) lecture hours per week. Introductory course dealing with the place of the microcomputer in the classroom. Special importance will be placed on the use of the computer in the school environment, available resources for the teacher, as well as the ways to integrate the computer into th e teaching process. Class discussions will be complemented with experiences in the workshop and special assignments. EDPE 3130: DISTANCE EDUCATION TEACHING; one (1) credit, one (1) contact hour per week. The teacher candidate will know the instructional designs, learning styles, platforms, and teaching techniques to implement them in online teaching. At the same time, it will plan classes in various modalities and create appraisal instruments adapted to this modality. This course may be offered in any of the following modalities: face-to-face, hybrid or online. EDPE 3301: THE TEACHING SCIENCE AT THE PRIMARY LEVEL; three (3) credits, three (3) contact hours per week.
