Catalog description

A study of the healthy lifestyle from an individual and community perspective with special emphasis on interpersonal relations. It includes exercises, rest, nutrition , personal habits, hygiene, transmissible diseases, heredity, etc. EDFI 3475: SOFTBALL, VOLLEYBALL AND BASEBALL; two (2) credits, three (3) contact hours per week. In theory, the history, facilities, equipment, and rules of these sports will be studied. In practice, fundamental individual and team skills will be studied, the individual and team offensive and defensive techniques of these sports.
