Catalog description

This course supports the integration of theory into practice through hands-on learning experiences that emphasize the application of clinical judgment, professional communication, and technical skill. Students will engage in increasingly complex nursing scenarios designed to foster independence, accuracy, and confidence in providing medical-surgical, evidence-informed nursing care within their scope of practice. As part of this course, students will also have the opportunity to pursue a variety of optional certifications aligned with current industry standards and emerging practice needs.
