Catalog description

Fourth course in the clinical education component of the program. Expands upon the knowledge and skills from previous clinical education courses. Supervised, competency-based clinical education with emphasis on application of comprehensive didactic knowledge and demonstration of proficiency in clinical practice. Emphasis on cranial and pediatric radiography. Re-enforcement of application of radiation protection, equipment operation and quality control, image production and evaluation, patient care and education. Prerequisite(s): RAD-1550. 2 days/8 hours.
