Catalog description
Provides students with a comprehensive review and synthesis of the knowledge base of the paramedic. Integration and application of assessment, information-gathering skills, and decision-making will be employed through computer-assistd and scenario-based exercises. Includes multiple choice review examinations, advanced practical skills review and mock practical exam. This is the Capstone Course for the Paramedic Program. Students in the AAS degree program must complete a minimum of 51 credits, including all prerequisites, prior to enrolling in the course. Prerequisite(s): PMD 1030, PMD 2010, PMD 2030, and PMD 1100 Co-requisites: PMD 2020 and PMD 2200 2 class/3 lab hours Note: All courses incorporate Statewide Protocols for Paramedic as applicable.
