Catalog description
Working in teams, students will use the knowledge gained in previous courses to manage a multi-million dollar construction project from start to finish. The teams will be presented with an initial design and create bids and schedules to run the job. Supervising faculty will present the teams with problems, disputes, and conflicts that must be dealt with to successfully complete a quality product on time and within budget. The teams will also produce written reports and oral presentation during the project. CAPSTONE COURSE: Students must complete a minimum of 46 creditsof relevant coursework prior to enrolling in this course, with a cumulative GPA of 2.00 or better.
