Catalog description

This course examines distinct differences within the workplace. Emphasis is placed on diversity, diversity consciousness, individual success, social barriers, communication, teamwork, leadership and the resulting challenges to corporate culture in developing an understanding of diversity within the workplace. Formerly (Formerly offered as MGT-2720. Students may not receive credit for both MGT-2720 and BMT-2720.)
