Catalog description
This course examines principles and practices of human resource management in the business organization. Emphasis is placed on trends in management; safety in the workplace; job analysis; employee training, development and performance; compensation and benefits; as well as HR goals and global developments. Formerly offered as MGT-2610. Students may not receive credit for both MGT-2610 and BMT-2610. (Not offered summer.)
