Catalog description
This course is a continuation of Human Anatomy & Physiology I. Students learn basic human anatomy and physiology principles including the structural organization of the human body, homeostasis and feedback mechanisms. Students study gross anatomy, histology and the structural and functional relationships that exist within the cardiovascular, immune, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems. Students also analyze how these systems help the body maintain homeostasis. Laboratory includes both gross and microscopic anatomy as well dissections and physiology experiments.
