The course exposes the students to the behavioral, technological, and statistical concepts applied to the field of Total Quality Management. Product and service quality, productivity and continuous improvement are discussed. Prerequisites: (( MGMT 3310 or MGMT 3103) or ( MRKT 3310 or MRKT 3103)) and ( MGMT 3301 or MGMT 3013).
