This course focuses on the overall management of the purchasing function of the organization including: uninterrupted flow of quality materials and service, inventory optimization, developing and maintaining supplier relationships and negotiating supply contracts to improve organizational competitiveness. Prerequisites: ( MGMT 3310 or MGMT 3103) and ( MRKT 3310 or MRKT 3103).
