Catalog description

This course surveys the content, theories and methods used by developmental psychologists to study child and adolescent development. Topics covered will include conception, genetics, prenatal development and physical, motor, perceptual and social development from infancy to early adolescence. Theories of social and cognitive development will be covered. Prerequisites: PSYC 2301 or PSYC 1113.
