This theory course focuses on concepts and principles of leadership and management. Functions of beginning nurse management roles are explored. Prerequisites: ( NURS 4318 or NURS 4183) and ( NURS 4316 or NURS 4163) and ( NURS 4226 or NURS 4262) and ( NURS 4228 or NURS 4282). Co-requisites: NURS 4227 , NURS 4229 , NURS 4317 .
