Catalog description

This course introduces the student to nursing as a profession. Learners explore historical perspectives, educational pathways and practice roles in nursing. Students will review major concepts which build on prerequisite coursework and develop skills to promote success in nursing. Prerequisites: ( HIST 1301 or HIST 1313) and ( HIST 1302 or HIST 1323) and ( SOCG 1301 or SOCG 1013).
