Leadership and Management II: 3 semester hours

Catalog description

This course is designed to acquaint graduating Midshipmen with the basic elements of naval leadership, ethics, and junior officer responsibilities through the study of the Navy's Core Values, ethics, military justice, naval human resources management, directives and correspondence, naval personnel administration, material management and maintenance, and supply systems. Prerequisites: NAVY 2301 or NAVY 2013.
