The course explores HR use of data analytics to examine common HR challenges of hiring top talent, engaging workforce, managing retention and evaluating workforce diversity. Using a cost-based approach, students learn to calculate the business impact and return on investment associated with HR initiatives. Prerequisites: MGMT 3335 or MGMT 3353.
