Applications of the concepts, tools and techniques in modern financial theory to analyze corporate financial decision-making; topics include financial statements, ratio analysis, risk return trade-off, bond and stock valuation, cost of capital and capital structure, dividend policy, capital budgeting, corporate restructuring, and multinational financial management. Prerequisites: FINA 5300 or FINA 5003.
