Catalog description

Computational Systems Biology is an emerging field of research which requires multidisciplinary training in engineering and biology. This course introduces the students into the realm of physics conceptualization of biological system and teach them how to develop and use mathematical models and computer simulation to understand the network design rules. Prerequisites: ELEG 6380 .
