Catalog description

This course teaches advanced topics in Bioinformatics including analysis of large scale genomic data and associated annotation data. In addition, strong emphasis is given to the interpretation and presentation of analytic outcomes. Research project analyzing large scale genomic data is required to complete the course. Prerequisites: ELEG 6380 .
