Review of relevant mathematics, electricity, and magnetism. Study of dielectrics, Poisson's and LaPlace's equations, magnetic flux, magnetic fields, and magnetic boundary conditions, Ampere's Circuital law, time varying fields and Maxwell's equations. Prerequisites: ( ELEG 2305 or ELEG 2023) and ( MATH 4317 or MATH 4173).
