Catalog description

This course will expose students to key concepts related to banking products (e.g. commercial lending). The course focuses on demanders (customers) and suppliers (banks), the process through which the suppliers identify appropriate demanders while accounting for systematic (economic business cycle) and idiosyncratic risks (customer-specific or supplier-specific). Prerequisites: ACCT 2302 or ACCT 2123 or ECON 2302 or ECON 2113 or ECON 2301 or ECON 2123.
