Senior Design Project I: 2 semester hours

Catalog description

A first of a two-part senior design course for computer science majors. Students will study computer systems design working as a design-team member, conceptual design methodology, design evaluations, project planning and management techniques, design optimization, systems manufacturing, cost considerations with an emphasis on students' activities as design professionals. Prerequisites: ( COMP 3322 or COMP 3223) and ( COMP 3306 or COMP 3063) and ( COMP 3305 or COMP 3053) and ( COMP 3395 or COMP 3953). Co-requisite: COMP 4100 .
