An introduction to the fundamentals of cryptography. It covers various topics, including classic data encryption and decryption schemes, private and public key systems, message authentication, digital signature, and hash function. The course also provides students with hands-on experience in cryptograph. Prerequisites: COMP 2310 or COMP 2103.
