This course focuses on the academic research process—from defining research questions to designing studies and reporting results. Students will learn about the most common data-gathering and measurement techniques in Communication research, including experiments, surveys, content analysis, historical analysis, and qualitative methods. Prerequisites: COMM 2351 or COMM 2513.
