A study of the sociological and cultural factors impacting individuals within a multi-cultural setting. Emphasis on understanding, serving, and managing in multi-racial, multi-ethnic, and multi-cultural settings. Prerequisites: ( CNSL 5321 or CNSL 5213) and ( CNSL 5314 or CNSL 5143) and ( CNSL 5302 or CNSL 5023) and ( CNSL 5315 or CNSL 5153).
