Catalog description

This course introduces students of chemical engineering, biological sciences, and chemistry to biological concepts and Nano scale considerations in engineering applications. It provides training for effective communication, hands-on skills, and analytical tools needed to pursue careers in biological/biochemical, and biopharmaceutical process industries. Ties to relevant current research will be explored. Prerequisites: ( CHEM 1304 or CHEM 1043 or CHEM 1403 or CHEM 1034) and ( CHEM 2303 or CHEM 2033).
