Studies leadership techniques and tactical operations at the small-unit level. An induction to the basic team/squad tactical employment. Instruction covers operation orders, troop leading procedures, and squad movement techniques. Individual skills in map reading, land navigation, basic rifle marksmanship and physical fitness are emphasized. Prerequisites: ( ARMY 2221 or ARMY 2212) and ARMY 2222 .
