Students will develop skills in preparing and analyzing financial statements using fund accounting methods, emphasizing budgeting, financial reporting, and adherence to GASB and FASB standards. Key focus areas include accountability, financial stewardship, and managing restricted resources. Prerequisites: ACCT 3322 or ACCT 3223.
