String Orchestra II

Catalog description

Provides the opportunity for string players to practice and perform at a beginning level in a conducted string orchestra, which includes violin, viola, cello, and double bass. Includes rehearsal and performance of repertoire from the 17th- 21st centuries. Recommended for students with previous high-school level string experience or equivalent. Prerequisite: MUS 169A . Audit available.
