Catalog description

Covers basic concepts of anatomy and physiology as they relate to emergency care, with emphasis on gross anatomy and normal body function. Explores the pathophysiology of common diseases and the likely patient presentations for each, connecting these concepts to sick and injured patients commonly encountered in the pre-hospital emergency environment. Prerequisites: ( EMS 105 and EMS 106 ) or Department permission.
