Leadership in Early Care and Education

Catalog description

Provides an overview of the “people side” of leading early childhood learning programs. Promotes relationship building with staff and families including communication, relationship-based supervision, team building, staff performance evaluations, and multicultural curriculum. Prerequisites: ( WR 115 and RD 115 ) or IRW 115 and MTH 20 or equivalent placement. Audit available.
