Discusses legal framework governing dental practice, including laws and regulations specific to patient privacy, informed consent, record-keeping, and professional liability. Examines ethical principles and codes of conduct, fostering ethical decision-making and promoting professionalism in patient care. Prerequisites: Acceptance into the Dental Assisting program.
