Catalog description

Provides information and techniques to help students adjust to college, understand college expectations and systems, and access services available through the college. Key topics include navigating a culturally diverse learning environment, educational and career planning, college finance, deciding a program of study, successful use of technology, and college and community resources. Requires a learning agreement between the instructor and students that outlines learning goals specific to the number of credits the students are completing. Audit available.
