Focuses on the impacts of human psychological and physiological factors on pilot performance and decision-making quality, and effective Crew-and-Single-Pilot Resource Management (CRM and SRM) techniques. Covers effective participation in Safety Management Systems (SMS) as they apply to flight operations. Prerequisite: AVS 127 and AVS 135B . Audit available.
