Catalog description

This course includes a general exploration of the different psychological and neurodevelopmental disorders of childhood and adolescence, including Autism, ADHD, elimination and eating disorders, behavioral disorders, and affective and anxiety disorders. The main theoretical positions available about each condition will be presented to assist the student in gaining an adequate understanding of the underlying dynamics of each condition and its clinical manifestations. Pre-requisite(s): PHS 1541
