Catalog description

Principles and concepts of Juvenile law focusing on dependency and adoption law.  Includes being proactive in avoiding a dependency, learning the key family law related statutes, drafting dependency petitions, preparing for dependency related hearings, and learning how to interact with the Department of Child Services, opposing counsel, and the Court to prepare for optimal client outcomes.
