Continues to develop performance behaviors that will serve as the basis of effective nursing practice including safe practitioner, effective communicator, manager and teacher, culturally competent and caring health care provider, and professional and ethical practitioner. Also includes the application of nursing theory in the clinical setting while caring for adults with complex health conditions.
